I recently had my tiny cottage in Chatham torn down and rebuilt. The company I used was Outermost Building and Renovation, led by the very talented Ben Dill. 

Everything went smoothly and on time from the teardown in September until completion in May. Ben was easy to work with and had great suggestions as the building progressed. The cottage maximizes space and is both comfortable and very functional. The abundant windows and creative use of shiplap make the home bright, and their craftsmanship is impeccable.

In fact, after completing the cottage, I contracted with Ben to update another property in Chatham. I look forward to seeing this completed in the Spring.
